Cette technologie est utilis\u00e9e pour le traitement de zones sp\u00e9cifiques (difficiles d’acc\u00e8s, \u00e9troites…). Celle-ci peut \u00eatre facilement embarqu\u00e9e sur robot et peut \u00e9galement avoir des fonctions de nettoyage.<\/p>\n

La physique du PLASMA utilise un arc \u00e9lectrique haute tension \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur d\u2019une torche pour cr\u00e9er un environnement plasma. A la sortie du nez de la buse, la d\u00e9charge du jet plasma \u00e9tant concentr\u00e9e et peu conductrice \u00e9lectriquement, ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 offre un traitement de surface pr\u00e9cis, permettant de travailler dans le d\u00e9tail sur des zones tr\u00e8s cibl\u00e9es, aussi bien sur des supports conducteurs qu\u2019isolants mais \u00e9galement sur des pi\u00e8ces \u00e9lectroniques.<\/p>\n

    Utilisation <\/b>: Traitements de toutes surfaces, de toutes mati\u00e8res de largeur relativement r\u00e9duite, quels que soient leurs reliefs. Le plasma est particuli\u00e8rement recommand\u00e9 pour le traitement de surface :<\/p>

    • de rainures pour collage de joints d\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9,<\/li>
    • de zones localis\u00e9es \u00e0 tr\u00e8s hautes cadences,<\/li>
